Kennesaw Drive
Purchased in its original form, this 1970s ranch in the Cherokee Bend area of Mountain Brook had never been updated. A full renovation was done under the existing roof line and no new square footage was added. Walls were moved, space reallocated, windows reorganized, the second-floor attic was finished, and a new backyard was created with the help of a large retaining wall. This was a more surgical renovation - a scalpel, not a hatchet was used to create this updated home.
